Did my first ever front mount handspring today :D
Unlike my other two handsprings (twisted grip and cartwheel mount) this one didn’t take several lessons to get; I managed to nail it within a few tries. Anyways, I’m super pleased with myself!
My next task is to get the Chinese grip handspring, which will be challenging, but I love handsprings so I am sooo up for it!
I also did a suicide spin (where you fall into a Marley on spin mode). Never have I felt a pain like it; it’s a shocking kind of sensation. Still, it’s pretty, and maybe once my confidence has built up I can get a video :)
