healthylivingforyou: It’s unfortunate that girls like vsthinspiration are making money off of people who are desperate to lose weight when they could easily get that kind of help, most likely better help, from other people on this site who are not focused on a sale but, rather, the person in need. Please reblog so her followers may see it! I know I generally don’t blog about food and health, but I’m studying Nutrition at uni (maybe I should set up a nutrition and health blog?) and I’m willing to give out advice if people ever have doubts (and I’ll trawl through systematic reviews and research papers to double check if need be). That’s not to say I’m qualified and you should take my word as law, but I can guarantee I’ll give you better diet advice than a silly little girl playing at business woman, and I’m certainly not going to charge for it.
