As it turns out, the pressure changes caused by colds can leave you feeling pretty light-headed and off balance when you go upside down… think I’ll wait until this thing’s improved before I get back on it too hard.
Which is unfortunate, because I have a show next Saturday and I’m nowhere near finished with my routine. Fuck :/
On the plus side, I learned how to shoulder dismount yesterday, and another cool transition from regular climb to Marley. And my side climb on spinning pole is looking pretty :)
