Day Six - Do You Binge? If So, Explain Why You Think You Do
I do binge. And I binge really badly. Not quite on a bulimic or BED scale, but when I binge I go beyond the normal boundaries. I’ll eat beyond the point I’m full, beyond the point I’m bloated, beyond the point of feeling physically sick.

And I don’t know why. If I knew why I’m sure I could find a better alternative. I don’t even enjoy it, and I feel horrible afterwards. It’s not like I’m an emotional eater; I eat less when I feel emotional. It’s not like I’m a boredom eater either; I think of all the things I’d rather be doing while I eat. Trying to convince myself, “go play that video game. Go write that book. Go play on your pole”. And I just keep eating.

Maybe it’s just habit. Back when I used to eat next to nothing, whenever I ate something even marginally sugary or fatty I’d think “Well. I’ve fucked up now. Better carry on fucking up until it’s all gone and there’s nothing left for tomorrow”. Bleh.

I really need to learn self control.
